Your appointment and well-being are of the utmost importance to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within the 48 hour period or do not show up to a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so via the Simple Clinics patient portal. The link for the portal can be found in your booking confirmation email. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when you miss an appointment without cancelling.
